November is Kindness Month!
November 13 is World Kindness Day, and our Valley has come together to proclaim November as Kindness Month!
The Snoqualmie Valley Community Network’s #BeKindSV campaign is an effort within their Youth Suicide Prevention program. This campaign began in our schools to support a positive school climate by introducing, modeling and reinforcing kindness and inclusion to prevent unwanted behaviors.
This campaign has provided positive changes, and with the state of our current environment, they are bringing it to the entire Valley to build community awareness and engagement and unite community support surrounding kindness during this critical time.
They ask the community to participate in November’s kindness activities so that the kindness ripple effect takes hold and we witness kindness continuing every day, week, and month for years to come! Let’s make kindness contagious and the preferred pandemic!
#BeKindSV is a community and school-wide campaign. This campaign supports a positive climate by introducing, modeling, and reinforcing kindness and inclusion.
They encourage your business to support the #BeKindSV efforts by pledging to create a culture of kindness within your organization.
