Happy [almost] Halloween Snoqualmie Valley. Here are a few of the Halloween happenings during the next two weekends. If we missed your event leave it in the comment section and we’ll get it added.

Night on a Dark Trail for All Who Dare

October 19th-20th, 26th-27th; 7-10 pm

34500 SE 99th Street (across from the hospital)

Are you brave enough to wander through a dark forest and find out what’s lurking in the trees? Grab your friends and family and come take a walk on Snoqualmie’s haunted Halloween trail. This non-profit annual outdoor event gives audience members the chance to be a part of spooky scenes with live performers. Whether you’re looking for something fun or quirky or even completely creepy, there’s something for everyone. Some scenes could be considered scary for young children — parental discretion advised. Trick or Treat on the Ridge – Stay for the Carnival!

October 20th, 10am-1pm Snoqualmie Valley YMCA

Why wait till Halloween night to start the festivities? Join the YMCA for trick or treating and a carnival! Kids can start at Key Bank by picking up a treat collection bag and a passport for stamps. Turn in a completed passport for a special treat, and then come back to the Y to enjoy carnival games, pumpkin decorating, and bounce houses. More info HERE.

Halloween Storytelling Train

Saturday and Sunday, October 20, 21 & 27, 28

Families are invited to come enjoy an old-fashioned train ride, hear railroad Halloween-stories in the Train Shed Exhibit Building, experience old-fashioned cider pressing, and more! Sip warm apple cider while admiring the decorations in both the Depot and the train. More info HERE.

Haunted “Shrill” Rides at DirtFish

October 20th, 21st, 27th, 28th; 7-7:30pm, 7:30-8pm, 8-8:30pm 7001 396th Dr SE (by the old mill site)

DirtFish driving rally school is hosting their second annual Shrill Rides. For those who dare, come take a ride through the DirtFish property, which is supposedly haunted by the spirits of loggers who worked at the old mill many years ago. Must be 13 years or older, maximum of 12 people per half-hour slot. More info HERE.

Howl-O-Ween Yappy Hour

October 22nd, 5pm – 8pm

Some Halloween fun with your pooch! Sigillo Cellars is hosting a Howl-O-Ween Yappy Hour. There will be a doggie costume contest, handmade dog treats, wine specials, photo booth and several local vendors.

 Annual Si View Harvest Festival

October 27th, 12-4pm Si View

Come dressed in your costume and ready for an afternoon of harvest season fun, with something for everyone! Try your luck at carnival games, have a fright at the Haunter House,

check out the indoor petting zoo, pick up and decorate your very own pumpkin, and even trick or treat. $20 wristband provides unlimited game access & one pumpkin (while supplies last). Single activity tickets available $1 each. Check out more information here.

Kids’ Treat Harvest in Historic Snoqualmie

October 31st, 11am-3pm Historic Downtown Snoqualmie

Whether you’re not a fan of the dark or just want to celebrate as long possible, this event lets you start Halloween earlier in the day! Dress up and bring a basket downtown to trick or treat at participating businesses, which will be marked with balloons outside. Be sure to stop by City Hall at 38624 SE River Street to trick or treat!

Friends of Youth Open House & Halloween Festival

October 31st, 3-5pm

Friends of Youth is pleased to invite you to a kid-friendly Open House and Halloween Festival! Learn about our new WISe Program – Wraparound with Intensive Services, serving youth and families in the Greater Snoqualmie area. Wear your best costume, play games, enjoy hot chocolate, light refreshments, and of course, CANDY!

Friends of Youth is located at 7972 Maple Ave SE in downtown Snoqualmie (about a block from the Railroad Museum)

Trick or Treat Night

October 31st, 4pm-6pm Downtown North Bend

Everyone is invited to dress up— adults and children alike— and head out to Downtown North Bend for “spooktacular” night of trick or treating, living music, and Halloween photo ops. Participating merchants will have signs and balloons to make them easy to spot. This free event will be held rain or shine. Parents must accompany their children.
