The Swedish Primary Care Snoqualmie clinic is undergoing maintenance due to recent, and unforeseen, water damage.   

Their providers will continue to see patients at alternative Swedish locations until clinic repairs are complete. During this time, they encourage you to set up a telehealth visit with your provider.
