Ray’s Dining Car Opens Thursday, May 22nd

Ray’s Dining Car is just about ready to open its doors after working for three months to change the former La Fogata Mexican Restaurant into an eclectic, raysigncomfort food diner modeled after a railroad car.

This is the third restaurant for the husband and wife team of Ray and Keri Fisher. They sold their first successful restaurant in the Pittsburgh area and also own another restaurant in Tallahassee.

Ray says he hopes the new Snoqualmie establishment will turn out just as successful and thinks the community will love all of Keri’s homemade menu items – and the new full bar he built in the back of the restaurant.

Ray’s Dining Car is scheduled to open Thursday, May 22, 2014 at 11AM.It is located at 8072 Railroad Ave.

Ray’s formal, grand opening will happen during the May 29th Snoqualmie Valley Chamber of Commerce event.
