On Sunday, May 9th, on Westbound I-90 west of SR 18, a driver lost control of their vehicle and left the freeway.
The car landed in a ravine but thankfully there were only minor injuries.
There were reports of the car being driven erratically before the accident. A Twitter post noted that the skid marks on the road made it look like the car traveled across all 3 lanes before going down the embankment.
Then later, around 8 pm on Eastbound SR 18 near Tiger Mountain summit, a vehicle left the roadway, jumped a creek, hit a dirt wall and slid into the creek.
The driver was taken into custody for suspected impairment with minor injuries.
