Crews responded to SR 18 near the Tiger Mt. summit to remove a downed tree blocking all westbound lanes.

Crews responded to I-90 east of North Bend for the report of a vehicle that left the road and went 150 feet down an embankment. The two occupants were able to remove themselves from the vehicle. One person suffered hand lacerations.

EMTs responded to a residence to assist an individual experiencing breathing difficulties. The patient was transported to a nearby hospital.

EMTs responded to a residence to assist an individual suffering from extreme back pain. The person was transported to the hospital for evaluation and treatment.

Crews responded to a residence to assist an individual who had thrown out their back earlier that day and could not walk. The person was taken to a hospital for treatment.

Crews responded to a residence to assist a person who suffered an apparent heart attack. CPR was started. The patient was transported to a nearby hospital.

Crews responded to a two-vehicle collision on I-90 near exit 27. No serious injuries were suffered by any of the vehicle’s five occupants.

Crews responded to the report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle on Railroad Ave. The pedestrian did not suffer serious injuries and refused aid.

Crews responded to the Snoqualmie Casino for a vehicle fire inside a multi-story parking structure. The garage’s sprinkler system helped extinguish the fire. Crews provided additional water to ensure the fire was out. Investigators were called to the scene to determine if the fire was intentionally set.
