Are you a local musician, part of band? Know of a great band that is looking for great exposure in a fun, summer atmosphere? Well, here’s your opportunity.
The City of Snoqualmie Parks & Recreation Department is seeking musicians to participate in its 2013 Sounds of Snoqualmie outdoor summer concert series
Musicians and bands are encouraged to apply for one of three concerts possibilities, with tentative dates of June 30th, July 21st and August 25th. All three concerts will be on Sunday afternoons at Snoqualmie Community Park, 35016 SE Ridge Street in Snoqualmie.
If you are a solo performer or have a blue grass, country, jazz, classical, pop or rock band, please apply. All types of music that is appropriate for all ages will be considered.
The concerts are provided for the public at no cost. The city has limited funding available for this series so musicians are encouraged to charge a low (or no) fee with the consideration that the concerts are a great way to get exposure for their music – and have a fun playing for an enthusiastic audience.
Interested musicians and musical groups should complete the Performer Application posted on the City of Snoqualmie website.
