The Snoqualmie Valley School District recently announced that the new Mount Si High School has been nominated for a ‘2019 Building of the Year’ award, given out by the Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce (DJC).
According to the district, Mount Si is one of 15 building finalists selected by DJC staff – from a list of over 60 potential building projects across Washington.
The winner is determined by public voting, which is open until Friday, February, 14, 2020.
The award comes with some bragging rights and the architect, general contractor, structural engineer and owner of the winning building each get a commemorative plaque for the honor.
