North Bend Film Festival (NBFF) has put passes on sale, including their annual cyber week early-bird flash sale, and opened film submissions for the 2022 festival.
The fest will return with new films and experiences for local, regional and national visitors alike. It will continue to push its mission of bringing diverse voices and boundary-pushing cinema to Snoqualmie valley.
As with previous years, NBFF’s programming taps contemporary talent to share their new types of domestic and international storytelling techniques that challenge the status quo.
The festival’s scope will mark a return to its roots as it targets more in-person events that inspire audiences. After four successful editions and the launch of a fully virtual October initiative (NIGHTSTREAM), the fest is looking to provide a more traditional festival experience that encourages in-person, cross-cultural conversation with experiences that highlight the mysterious energy of North Bend.
Each year, NBFF brings together a diverse team of film-loving volunteers from New York, LA, Montreal, Portugal, Seattle and North Bend to build programs that excite and enrich the local community.
“We are extremely grateful to our audiences and the local community who actively supported us over the past few years as we navigated new technology, new challenges and an ever-changing storytelling landscape. We’re thrilled to be able to return for our fifth annual edition in-person and can’t wait to explore new frontiers in storytelling for the 2022 program,” adds NBFF co-founder and events programmer Jess Byers.
At the center of festival, planning is festival safety. Similar to recent years, the fest will be adhering to CDC guidelines to provide the best possible experience for audiences.
To kick off the 2022 festival season, the fest is offering an early-bird holiday badge sale with $50 off multi-film passes until December 1. Those that miss out on this flash sale can also grab the $40 off winter sale until February 1.
