A caller reported that her purse was stolen while she were shopping. The reporting person did not see the suspect. Police responded to take report.

FRAUD | SE KIMBALL CREEK DR, Snoqualmie

A caller reported telephone fraud activity. A woman stated that someone called her claiming to be the IRS, stating that she owed nearly $4000 in unpaid taxes and someone would be coming to arrested her. Caller ID showed the number came from 866.978.4533.
Police responded and informed the woman about various frauds and advised her not to give out personal information.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES | MAIN AVE N, North Bend

A person called to report 1 or 2 suspicious males in the alley, possibly in a Chevrolet van. The caller said the men were standing around the van and yelling for someone inside one of the apartments.
Police responded and told the persons to be quiet.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES | W 2ND ST, North Bend

A caller reported that in the back parking lot of the location it appeared that someone was trying to break into a window. The caller said three subjects had a crowbar, black beanies – two were male and one was female – and one person was drilling. It was hard for the caller to see because a bush obstructed their views.
Police responded and discovered it was members of a construction crew working on Umpqua Bank.

A Snoqualmie resident wanted to report that a package had been stolen from their front porch the previous week, on December 4th. The caller had no suspect information to provide.

DISTURBANCE | NORTH BEND McDONALDS

An employee called to report a disturbance involving four teenage subjects inside the restaurant, stealing soda. When an employee asked them to leave, they began cursing and yelling. While driving away, the teens drove past the drive-thru and threw food at the window.
Police responded, but the vehicle was gone when the officer arrived. Nothing was taken besides soda.

DUI ACCIDENT/NON-INJURY | SNOQUALMIE PKWY & SE 96TH ST

Police responded to a one-vehicle collision in the area of Snoqualmie Parkway and SE 96th Street, near I-90. The vehicle was in a ditch in the vicinity. The officer reported that the female driver stated she had come from a party in south King County when she lost control of her vehicle.
While the officer was speaking to the driver, he smelled alcohol on her breath, noticed her eyes were watery and that she appeared to stumble when standing.
The officer then administered a breath test using a Datamaster Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) machine, which registered a .241 BAC. The female was booked into the Issaquah Jail for DUI.
