BEER IN THE PARK | SNOQUALMIE COMMUNITY PARK
On August 22nd around 7:30PM a caller reported three males drinking beer in the back of a truck. An officer responded to find the subjects drinking only rootbeer.
MALICIOUS MISCHIEF IN-PROGRESS | RIVER STREET, Snoqualmie
On August 24 around 4AM a caller reported someone tried to break into her vehicle by throwing something through the wind – while she was in it. An officer responded to find someone smashed the woman’s car window and took her purse while she was asleep inside.
SOLICITORS/PEDDLERS | 457TH AVE SE, North Bend
On August 24th around 3:30PM a caller reported solicitors going door to door selling cleaning products. An officer made contact with the salesman who did not have any products on him, but stated he was waiting for other members of his group and would be out of the area. The officer stated the man was very respectful and cooperative.
ANIMAL PROBLEM | SE SPRUCE ST, Snoqualmie
On August 26th around 10AM a caller reported a Canadian goose was in their backyard. An officer responded and “removed the goose from the backyard.”
THEFT REPORT | SI VIEW POOL, North Bend
On August 26th around 9PM a caller reported the theft of approximately $200 in cash from the pool locker room. The suspect was reported as a white male in his late 20’s or early 30’s who showers at the pool.
NOISE COMPLAINT | AUGUSTA PL SE, Snoqualmie
On August 30th around 2:30AM a caller reported loud music coming from a home that had been going for the past hour. An officer went to the residence where the homeowner agreed to turn the music down. Officer warned the subject that since they had three previous complaints about the noise, a return police visit would result in a fine.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES | MAPLE AVE SE, Snoqualmie
On August 31st at 1:30AM a caller reported someone threw frozen watermelon and canteloupe at their house. No damage was observed and no one was seen throwing the fruit. An officer responded and indeed found fruit in the yard and possible debris on the roof, but confirmed there was no damage.
RECKLESS DRIVING | MOUNT SI HIGH SCHOOL
On September 2nd around 11AM, a caller reported an erratic driver on Meadowbrook Way who passed them and went into oncoming traffic and then cut off another car. An officer responded and made contact with the erratic driver and “had a conversation about safety.”
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES | EDGEWICK INN, North Bend
On September 2nd at 2:30PM a caller reported possible transients setting up camp behind the hotel and starting a fire. An officer responded and found no signs of smoke, but contacted a female whom the motel wanted trespassed from the property for panhandling from truckers. The woman was also spoken to about allegations that she stated she would start a fire in the woods.
DISTURBANCE | SE EPSILON ST, Snoqualmie
On September 3rd at 2:30AM a caller reported a female and male neighbor fighting and hearing things being thrown. An officer responded and found two subjects who had been drinking and arguing about finances. The office reported that he separated the two, but no assault occurred and there was no sign of a crime inside the home.
HIT & RUN ACCIDENT | SE PARK ST, Snoqualmie
On September 3rd around 4:15PM a hit and run on a parked vehicle was reported. There were no witnesses or known suspects. About $750 in damage occurred to the driver’s side passenger door. The owner was given a case number and collision report.
