An officer responded to the Snoqualmie Dollar Tree store for an attempted burglary that caused $500 in damages to the front door. The store provided surveillance video to help identify possible suspects.

A caller not at his residence reported that neighbors had informed him that people were in his garage. He further said that he did not yet live in the home, and the possible people may know the previous homeowner and have key access to the house. An officer responded to find one person, who was not the owner, in the home, refusing to leave. The homeowner granted the officer permission to use force to enter the house due to the unwanted occupant removing all door handles to the residence. Officers detained the subject. The person was booked into jail and will face charges of first-degree criminal trespass and obstruction.

Officers responded to a North Bend storage business for a reported burglary. It was determined that $30,000 worth of tools were stolen.
January 5, 2023 –
Officers performed a warrant arrest in North Bend. The individual had a third-degree theft warrant and will face additional charges for a trip permit violation.

An officer responded to a North Bend gas station after ammunition was discovered by a pump. The officer took a report and retrieved the box of hollow point .380 bullets, which were entered into evidence for destruction.
January 6, 2023
An employee reported that copper wire had been stripped at the NW Railway Museum train shed. An officer responded to take a report. It was estimated that approximately $1000 worth of property was stolen.
January 6, 2023
The Snoqualmie Safeway reported that an individual who had already been trespassed from the store had stolen $25 worth of food. The person will face charges of 3rd-degree theft and criminal trespass.
January 7, 2023
Officers responded to a hit and run on Snoqualmie Parkway at Better Way Loop involving two vehicles. A red sedan struck another car and left the scene, heading toward Railroad Ave. The suspect’s sedan reportedly sustained damage to the driver’s side—the occupant of the vehicle that was struck complained of knee pain and shock. Officers could not locate the suspect vehicle that fled.
