I love Christmas lights. That doesn’t mean my own home is lit up like a runway, though. Umm, to put it lightly, my outdoor decorating skills are limited (code for I am terrible at it) so I get my “Christmas lights” fix by taking drives through the neighborhood.
And I must admit, my own neighborhood has some amazing displays this year, including my favorite on the corner of Swenson Drive and McIntosh Court – set to music with dancing lights. It’s wonderful, very elegant. Clark Griswold would be envious of this display.
This holiday season, as a way to say “Happy Holidays Snoqualmie Valley,” Living Snoqualmie “commissioned” aspiring filmmaker and Snoqualmie Middle School 7th grader, Noah Riffe, to create a Snoqualmie Christmas Lights video, highlighting some Snoqualmie Christmas decorating talents.
Consider this Living Snoqualmie’s Christmas card to all of you! Happy Holidays and thank you so much for reading -and for connecting.
Just click the picture below and enjoy the film making talents of Noah, who by the way, does plan to attend film school one day. Thank you, Noah. North Bend… you’re up next year!
