It looks like Snoqualmie has made another list. For those not wanting others to know how great it is to live in the Snoqualmie Valley, 425 Magazine is another publication letting the proverbial “cat out of the bag.”
In a February article titled, Guide to Real Estate | Great Places to Live, 425 Magazine profiled six Eastside cities/neighborhoods/areas as a great places to put down roots.
The magazine said it polled Eastside real estate agents to find areas that were examples of why the Eastside is such a great place to live. When it came to Snoqualmie, real estate agents said the growing city was great for first-time home buyers, families and outdoor lovers.
“All the comforts of modernity with a small-city feel” is how one agent described Snoqualmie Ridge. Included as reasons for the positive write-up were great schools, more bang for the buck when it comes to (Eastside) home size; abundant parks and trails; and practically “non-existent” crime.
Other Eastside cities and neighborhoods profiled in the February article include Redmond, Downtown Kirkland, Bridle Trails, Downtown Bellevue, West Bellevue, and Issaquah Highlands.
