The Snoqualmie Ridge IGA, 7730 Center Blvd SE, brought its somewhat infamous meat smoker back out this weekend, January 18-20, but if you want to ensure you get some dinner, make sure and come early.
I didn’t believe them yesterday when they told me would be sold out by 4PM – and my dinner menu had to be adjusted.
The smoker will be open Saturday and Sunday from about noon to 5PM, but employees say because they had so much leftover product after December’s event, they are smoking less product this time. That means, come early or possibly re-live my Friday experience.
Brisket, whole chickens and baby back ribs are in the smoker, running $8.99-$9,99/lb.
