Any update on the driver?
I asked King County Sheriff Sergeant Cindi West that late last night. They are keeping all details of investigation, including location of truck, “close to the vest” right now. ~ Danna
Any updates on the suspect?????
As of Monday afternoon they did not have anyone in custody. KC Sheriff’s Office says they are “fairly certain” the white truck is the suspect vehicle. They are asking to talk to anyone who saw the truck and who was driving it on New Year’s Eve Night or early New Year’s Day. The truck was traveling south on 394th when the hit and run occurred. I posted an updated story Monday if you go to the home page – www.livingsnoqualmie.com
I saw the update. I just can’t believe my friend was killed and no one is in custody. CRAZY!!!
Hey Sherrie. I followed up with KCSO today and asked for an update. They say they are following up on all the leads they are getting, but they can’t divulge details because of the ongoing investigation. But she said they are getting tips. I am so sorry for the loss of Lucy. I hear she was a wonderful, kind woman. ~ Danna
Thank you. She was a remarkable woman!
Still nothing?????
Still nothing. I know they are still investigating. I contacted KCSO on Friday asking for progress in the case and what information can be shared at this time. As soon as I hear back I will get a new story up. I haven’t forgotten about Lucy and am still pursuing…. ~ Danna
