SR 18 is closed Eastbound at Issaquah-Hobart road and Westbound at I-90.
This first collision occurred due to a pickup traveling Westbound on SR-18, crossing into the Eastbound lanes and hitting the semi, causing it to roll.
The driver of the pickup was transported with minor injuries and is in custody for a suspected DUI.
Shortly after that, there was a two-semi collision westbound SR-18 west of the summit blocking all lanes.
Fire assistance, the King County Sheriff’s Office, the Washington State Patrol, and the Washington State Department of Transportation Incident Response Team are on the scene. This is expected to be a multiple-hour closure. There is no estimated time for reopening.
